Student Announcements:

Congratulations to the Girls’ and Boys’ OTC Track Teams as they are the Park Region Conference Champions. The girls have won this honor for the 4th consecutive year as they scored 141 points, followed by Pillager in 2nd with 119, UNC (115.5), BHV (82.5), NYM (71), and Prairie Valley (18). The boys won for the 2nd consecutive year, scoring 238 points, Pillager was 2nd with 176, BHV (52), UNC (49), NYM (29), and PV (6).

Earning All-Conference Honors were: Cody Seedorf in the 400 meter, Charlie Frost in the 800 meter, Ben Himmelspach in the 1600 meter and the 3200 meter, Jacob Wicklund in the 3200, and Petric VanErp as the long jump champion and 2nd in the triple jump.

Earning honors were: Grace Cory and Olivia Crosby in the 4 x 800 meter relay; Katie Wicklund in the 1600 meter run, and the 4 x 400 meter relay; and Lily Johnson in the 4 x 100 meter relay and the 4 x 400 meter relay.

The 10th graders will be selling bars, cookies, and pop during the Faculty/Senior softball game Monday afternoon. Don't forget to bring money with! (75 cents apiece)

The ATV Safety test will be Thursday, May 30 at 9 am at the bus garage.  Students who want to test should pick up a CD in the elementary or high school office and complete the lessons on the CD before May 30th.  The DNR provides the ATV.  Please bring your helmet to the test.

A reminder to all NHS students, you must turn in a one page write-up of your individual service project to Mrs. Rock by the end of the school year. Also, if you signed-up to to help at the Bike Rodeo, this evening. Be at school at 5:45.

Volleyball players signed up for Ashby league please pay $25 to Mrs Roisum by Friday May 24th.

Seniors:  Mrs. Marso will not be in the office today.  Please try to take care of your cap/gown/tassel/flower payment next week.

The library is missing a paper cutter, two triple end long extension cords, and several scissors.  HELP, these items are needed.

All library books are due on Thursday.

The library will be closed  for students coming in from study halls starting Tuesday.  Get your work done ahead of time.

Students looking for summer employment, there are applications for the CEP Program in the Counselor’s Office.
