Claire Kraemer - All State Choir

Battle Lake Junior, Claire Kraemer, recently represented her school and community as a member of the Minnesota Music Educators Association (MMEA) All-State SSAA Choir. Claire participated in the choir’s final performance of the 2025–26 season on February 14th at St. Michael–Albertville High School, performing five selections under the direction of Conductor Dr. Adrianna Tam.

Claire’s All-State Choir journey began in the summer of 2025, when she attended the MMEA All-State Camp from July 29–August 2 at Concordia College in Moorhead. The camp brought together some of the most dedicated and talented high school vocalists from across Minnesota, offering them an opportunity to grow musically and connect through performance.

The Minnesota Music Educators Association (MMEA) supports music education statewide through development, promotion, and equitable access to quality learning experiences.

MMEA’s Mission: To develop, promote, and support equitable and comprehensive music learning and teaching in Minnesota. MMEA’s Vision: MMEA believes music is core to the human experience. The organization affirms and nurtures creativity, self-expression, and sensitivity to the arts, striving for equality and excellence in music education by honoring and preserving diverse lived experiences.

Claire’s dedication and achievement highlight the continued excellence of Battle Lake School’s music program and the importance of arts education in shaping confident, creative, and well-rounded students.

Congratulations Claire on the amazing achievement in music!
