The Battle Lake High School Mock Trial team recently celebrated the end of their outstanding season. The team finished in 8th place at the State Tournament on March 5-6, 2026, where they won two of their three trials held at the Warren E. Berger Federal Courthouse. This was the program’s second State Tournament appearance in the past three seasons. At the conclusion of the tournament, Graycie Cameron was recognized as an All-State Attorney and Tegan Brandon as an All-State Witness.
Special awards for the season were as follows: Tegan Brandon- Most Valuable Witness, Nelson Hubert, Riley Johnson, and Graycie Cameron - Most Valuable Lawyers
Special recognition was given to the seniors for their dedication to the program over the last five years: Riley Johnson (team captain), Nelson Hubert, Madison Molter, and Connor Wicklund.
