The Battle Lake Knowledge Bowl team advanced to the State Tournament that was held in Brainerd at Cragun’s Resort April 7-8. .
Knowledge Bowl is a competition in which teams of four students are asked scholastic-based questions. The teams can beep in at any time, and they have 12 seconds to discuss the answer.
Members of the state tournament team: Isaac Scherfenberg, Blake Alonzo, August Wicklund, and Morgan Malone. These students used their quick thinking and collaboration skills to advance out of the regional competition.
