What's Happening @ 542...Chinese cooking!!! On Wednesday, November 16, the Chinese 1 class explored Chinese cuisine and made two recipes, Jiaozi (Chinese Dumplings) and Chunjuan (Eggrolls). The jiaozi were fried and steamed and the chunjuan were deep fried.
