Week two of distance learning preparation is well underway at Battle Lake School. Even though the hallways are quiet with the absence of our students, the staff have not lost their spirit. Take a look!

As this week comes to a close, we look back at the challenges we faced, the solutions put in place and the teamwork that made it all possible. Take a look!

The Battle Lake School staff have pulled together this week in an amazing way. Educators preparing lesson plans, staff covering positions they normally are not responsible for, food being delivered to families in the community and cleaning of the school itself. Take a look!

This week has been accompanied with many changes but one constant remains, Battle Lake School is committed to excellence in education. Behind every classroom door is an educator learning new things, brainstorming and tapping into their creativity. Take a look!

Following the message from The Governor, Battle Lake Schools will close beginning Tuesday March 17th. We will hold school on Monday so we can get devices into student hands and explain procedures while school is closed. I will be sending out more information to families later today after district leadership team has met and put a plan in place
Thank you
